Bought this to go with the Vtech Speakerphone as an extension. It was easy to connect and works fine. Happy with it so far.

I've had many 2-line phones over the years. The sound is clear and crisp. If it was a problem in the past, it's not anymore. I like to have a clear intuitive layout with easy to read labels and dedicated buttons rather than menus for frequently used items. Panasonic does the best job with this however this time I tried the VTech. It is nearly as good. There are buttons for Hold and Mute. However to redial takes 3 steps - Redial, select Line 1 or 2 from a menu, and select "Dial" from the menu. Paging or intercoming the handsets requires 3 button pushes in the menus and that should be a single button too. That's my only criticism.
